Introducing the Outreach Insights System

We’re introducing a system that analyzes your outreach and gives you actionable recommendations.

The system checks whether everything is set up correctly and guides you on what to fix when it’s not.

The first step is monitoring your cold-to-warm email ratio. Some customers may have already seen system messages related to this, as many users are receiving them now.

Over the next few months, we’ll expand this system to cover more issues.

Enhanced Domain Protection with CAPTCHA

We’ve launched a new security feature designed to better protect your domains, mailboxes, and overall sender reputation.

How it works:

• When someone visits a forwarded domain, they must first pass a CAPTCHA before being redirected to your main website;
• The CAPTCHA hides your destination URL from spam filters and automated checks;
• This prevents secondary domains from being directly linked to your primary domain reducing the risk of it being flagged as spam;
• The CAPTCHA layer protects your primary domain from bots and scanners.

For example:

A mailbox uses username@metablinkline.click, where the secondary domain redirects to the primary domain (getmaildoso.com) only after completing a CAPTCHA.

Visitors will briefly see a verification screen and will be redirected to the website within a few seconds.

The feature is active, free, and enabled by default for all users.

We finally re-launched reputation measurement!

Every three days, we run deliverability checks for each of your mailboxes — so you always know their current status: whether they’re active or burned out.

Go to your Maildoso dashboard and open the “Email Accounts” tab — there you’ll see the health scores for Google and Outlook mailboxes, as well as the date of the latest check.

By the way, if a mailbox gets burned, we’ll automatically pause it from all cold outreach for 2 weeks. Based on our experience, that’s enough time for a mailbox to fully recover.

Auto-fill for aliases

We’ve made creating mailboxes even easier — enter a name and alias for the first mailbox, and the fields for all remaining mailboxes will auto-populate.
