We offer domain registration services as a part of our package to clients. When we purchase domains on behalf of the client, we initially own and manage them. However, it's important to note that if a client ever wishes to take ownership of their registered domain, we can facilitate the transfer of ownership at no cost. We understand that clients may have specific requirements for their domain management.
It's worth mentioning that in order to provide uninterrupted services, we need to retain full control over the domains we register. This allows us to manage and maintain them effectively to ensure a seamless service experience.
We are committed to ensuring the deliverability of your emails and aim to maintain a high level of email inbox placement. Our guarantee includes delivering a minimum of 80% of your emails to recipients' inboxes, ensuring they do not end up in spam folders. In the event that your emails do not meet this guarantee, we will thoroughly investigate the reasons behind the issue.
To be eligible for this guarantee, clients must adhere to best practices, including refraining from sending emails with spam-related content, incorporating unsubscribe links in their email communications, properly warming up email accounts for a minimum of three weeks before sending prospective emails, gradually increasing email volumes from one email per day to a maximum of 40 emails per day per email account, verifying all recipient email addresses before sending emails, and maintaining a bounce rate (percentage of emails sent to non-existing addresses) below 2%. Additionally, if the non-deliverability issue results from factors beyond the client's control and within the scope of domain performance, we will provide replacement domains at no extra cost. This guarantee remains valid for a duration of one year from the date of domain purchase, ensuring the sustained quality of our service.
We provide up to 4 domain replacements to each customer.
Clients are prohibited from sending emails to personal email accounts. Our services are intended for use with corporate email addresses, and clients must adhere to this policy. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all recipients of their email communications have corporate email addresses.
Clients are required to maintain accurate records of individuals who wish to unsubscribe from their email communications. In addition, it is mandatory that every email sent through our services includes a visible and functional unsubscribe link.
In the event that a client fails to honor unsubscribe requests, continues to send email communications to individuals who have opted out, or does not include an unsubscribe link in their emails, we reserve the right to cease providing our services to that client. Compliance with unsubscribe requests and the inclusion of unsubscribe links in every email is essential to maintain the integrity of our services and to uphold the privacy preferences of email recipients.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
1. General Non-Refund Policy
We maintain a non-refund policy, which applies under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered in specific situations, as outlined below. Refunds may be granted if the customer experiences substantial limitations in service availability that are beyond their control and result from our actions or system failure.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

A refund may be considered if our service fails to function as intended due to technical malfunctions or failures on our end, thereby preventing the customer from using the service as promised.
Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from any of the following:
Violation of our terms and conditions or guidelines by the customer.
Misuse of the service.
External factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party service disruptions or customer-side issues).
2.2. Continuous Service Disruptions
In cases where the customer encounters multiple unresolved service disruptions that prevent normal usage, and these issues have been duly reported via the established support channels, a refund may be considered if the issues remain unresolved or if compensation has not been provided.Â
In such cases, the customer may be required to provide evidence of relevant support requests.
3. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any customer, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with our terms of service.
If service is refused, a refund may be offered; however, any costs incurred by us up until the point of refusal will be deducted from any potential refund.
In cases where the customer has utilized our product for a specified period, any applicable refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the unused duration of service and additional charges (e.g. banking fees, domain purchasing,etc.)
4. Partial Refund Policy
If a customer cancels their subscription prior to the end of the term, a partial refund may be issued. The refund will be calculated as follows:
Usage will be assessed on a pro-rata daily basis, considering the remaining duration of the subscription.
Domain charges are non-refundable. However, domain ownership can be transferred to the customer upon request.

A partial refund will be calculated by deducting the days of service utilized and any applicable domain charges (charged at $15 per domain) from the total subscription amount.
Refund requests will undergo a thorough review process, and we require a period of 3 business days to address and resolve any disputes regarding the refund.
2. Refund Dispute Process
During the 3 business day dispute resolution period, it is imperative that mailboxes are not deleted. If mailboxes are deleted within this time frame, the refund request will be invalidated.
If mailboxes are deleted prior to the completion of the dispute period, no refund will be issued, irrespective of the circumstances.

4. Domain Replacement Policy
Domain burnout over time is recognized as a normal occurrence in the industry. In the event that your domains experience burnout as a result of active mailing campaigns, they may be subject to additional warm-up procedures or replaced in accordance with our pricing policy. In instances whereÂ
a free replacement may be provided, provided that no instances of improper service usage (as specified in Section 3) have been identified. Domains transferred to the customer shall remain the customer’s property upon transfer. Any replacement domain will be managed in accordance with our domain policy, and new charges may apply for the replacement domain.
The customer’s subscription will automatically renew on the agreed renewal date, unless we receive prior notice from the customer requesting cancellation of the subscription before the renewal date. Such notification must be submitted through the official communication channels and within the required time frame.
Any feedback, testimonials, or information provided by customers via email or conversations with our staff may be used by us for case studies or testimonials without requiring explicit permission. We also reserve the right to publish on our website that a customer is using our product. However, customers have the option to request that their feedback not be used for such purposes or to have their logo removed from our website. We will honor such requests promptly.
