1. General Non-Refund Policy
We maintain a non-refund policy, which applies under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered in specific situations, as outlined below. Refunds may be granted if the customer experiences substantial limitations in service availability that are beyond their control and result from our actions or system failure.
No refund after 30 days of 1st Payment date. A user can get a refund within the first 30 days of usage if they think the product is not a good fit. We will refund everything except domain registration cost (15$ per domain) based on already purchased domain(s).
2. Refund Calculation
A partial refund will be calculated by deducting the days of service utilized and any applicable domain charges (charged at $15 per domain) from the total subscription amount. (only for usage under 30 days)
Refund requests will undergo a thorough review process, and we require a period of 5-10 business days to address and resolve any disputes regarding the refund once the user informs us.
3. Refund Dispute Process
During the 3 business day dispute resolution period, it is imperative that mailboxes are not deleted. If mailboxes are deleted within this time frame, the refund request will be invalidated.
If mailboxes are deleted prior to the completion of the dispute period, no refund will be issued, irrespective of the circumstances.

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions, this refund will have deductions based on domain charges which is non-negotiable at 15$ per domain incurred by maildoso for the user
The customer’s subscription will automatically renew on the agreed renewal date, unless we receive prior notice from the customer requesting cancellation of the subscription before the renewal date. Such notification must be submitted through the official communication support channels and within the required time frame.
